Meet Karesa, Founder, Creative Director, & CEO

Karesa is a wife, mother of three, and the driving force behind our company. She’s been in the
industry since she was 12 years old, screen printing hats for her father’s business. In 2016, she
launched her own branch, bringing her passion for serving people and delivering clients an end
product they love. She oversees team operations, works with current clients, builds strong
relationships, and creates new connections. Outside work, Karesa enjoys gardening, singing,
organizing social events, and spending time with her family and friends. She resides in
Oklahoma with her husband, Brian, and their three children.

Fun fact: Karesa loves high heels, skiing, and spent 10 years working as an ICU nurse before
becoming the CEO and Founder.

Meet Sacha Spoonemore, Production Manager

I have been in the Promotional Products industry for longer than I care to admit but it is a great industry that I do truly enjoy! I have worked in all aspects of the industry from the supplier to the distributor side.   As the Production Manager for CCSA I make sure that all orders that come through are processed with the factories. Between my husband and two daughters I stay very busy on the home front, we are always camping or going here or there with the girls' activities!

Fun Fact:  As much as I love nature, the one thing that scares me are frogs!

Meet Amy Sorrel, Project Manager

With more than 20 years in the licensed sporting goods industry, Amy understands the responsibility that comes with representing a brand. Her experience has built a strong foundation in brand integrity, quality control, and maintaining consistency across every product.

Today, she brings that expertise to her clients by sourcing creative, thoughtful promotional products that truly reflect who they are. Amy believes swag should do more than carry a logo—it should protect it, elevate it, and strengthen the connection between a brand and its audience.

Her approach is collaborative, detail-driven, and centered on building long-term partnerships rooted in trust and excellence.

Fun Fact: Reading is her “happy place.” She loves the outdoors, and her children are her greatest accomplishments.
