Karesa Wells

As the Owner of Cross Country Specialty Advertising, I work with my team to help ensure we are up to speed and doing our best work for our clients. I love creating awesome swag projects and coming up with new ideas for clients. It is my job to develop new business, as well as making sure our current clients are being taken care of. I love to work on marketing campaigns or what we call our "creative campaigns" that we send out every quarter to our clients.

I have 3 wonderful children, two boys 11 and 8, and a spicy 2 year old little girl. I am married to my awesome husband Brian.

I love music and I love to sing. One of my favorite things to do is to go skiing!

Sacha Spoonemore

I have been in the Promotional Products industry for longer than I care to admit but it is a great industry that I do truly enjoy! As the Production Manager for CCSA I make sure that all orders that come through are processed with the factories. Between my husband and two daughters I stay very busy on the home front, we are always camping or going here or there with the girls' activities! As much as I love nature, the one thing that scares me are frogs!

Traci Jones

I joined the CCSA team in 2021 as the Senior Account Manager/Operations and I've enjoyed every minute since! From finding the perfect product to connecting with all our clients, I truly enjoy the creative side of this job as well as the relationships we have built.  It's such a fun job being able to serve our clients and learn new things daily!

While not working, you'll probably find me with my family. We are a family with 4 girls, ranging in ages 10-25. We are busy serving at our church, running kids to soccer, tennis and just trying to keep up with all the business of life! It's a blessed life for sure! Fun fact - I met my husband over 36 years ago in 6th grade science class! …but never dated until after graduation.
