  • Nov 3, 2021

Cold and flu season starts spreading in the fall, and typically hits a peak during the winter months. It can wreak havoc on your business as sniffles start to increase around your office. Keeping these items readily available can help prevent the spread of germs and keep your team happy and healthy this winter.

Liquid Hand Soap

Washing hands with soap and water prevents illness and the spread of germs. Although hand sanitizer is a good alternative when you’re on-the-go and don’t have a sink accessible, washing hands with soap and water for 20 seconds has shown to be the most effective in killing germs on the surface of the skin.

Paper Soap

Perfect for purses or pockets. Just add water! These individual packs of  handy citrus-scented paper soaps are the perfect promo giveaway. It comes with 30 sheets and a handy blue or clear case for carrying ease.

Hand Sanitizer or Antimicrobial Wipes

As mentioned previously, washing your hands with soap and water is the most effective way to combat germs. But sometimes we aren’t in a place where a sink and soap are readily available. In cases like this, hand sanitizer or antimicrobial hand wipes are a great alternative to hand washing. These products usually come in travel or pocket size options that make them easy to transport.

Tissues

Sneezes happen. But sneezing is a common culprit in the spread of airborne germs. A 2014 study by MIT showed that a sneeze can travel up to 200 feet!  Making sure each of your team members has tissues readily available on their desks is a first step in helping stop the spread of germs. Tissues can catch and create a barrier between a sneeze and traveling germs.
